Fotograf\u00edas, Ignacio Martinez (arriba) y giencke.com (abajo).<\/p>\n<p>El pabell\u00f3n est\u00e1 compuesto por una vaina o caparaz\u00f3n formado por costillas de madera de abeto rojo, con el exterior revestido mediante una membrana impermeable, transl\u00facida y blanca y el interior con tablas de madera roja. Las juntas abiertas entre tablas filtran la luz natural del d\u00eda o la luz artificial de la iluminaci\u00f3n nocturna.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.bellostes.com\/media\/the-threshold-pavilion-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"675\" height=\"197\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1670\" title=\"the-threshold-pavilion-1\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.bellostes.com\/media\/the-threshold-pavilion-1.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.bellostes.com\/media\/the-threshold-pavilion-1.png 675w, https:\/\/blog.bellostes.com\/media\/the-threshold-pavilion-1-330x96.png 330w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 675px) 100vw, 675px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La instalaci\u00f3n explora la idea de \u00abumbral\u00bb como espacio de transici\u00f3n entre interior-exterior o, entre lugares y actividades diferentes&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>En el primer emplazamiento (Alpbach\/2002), la estructura se apropia de un tramo del camino que une el centro de congresos con el hotel, el espacio de trabajo (conferencias y debates) con el espacio de descanso (el hotel).
